Faodail Roastery is a small batch, speciality coffee company based in Glasgow, founded by Kenneth and Simone. Faodail translates as ‘lucky find’ in Gaelic.
They select only the highest quality, ethically sourced and traceable green beans. Keeping it simple, they supply one blend and a small number of single origin coffees. Their single origins are chosen with quality, seasonality and individual flavour profiles in mind. All their coffee is 100% Arabica.
